今天安插進來的小專案,要製作一3D角色可套用的牧師 服裝,這包含兩部份:牧師袍和牧師鞋,建模完成後,從高面數模型降至低面數模型(俗稱LOD) 我在係數下有特別針對製作LOD時,依據骨架權重重新計算Mesh的點線面位置分布,好讓衣物的軟布效果在低面數下,也能達到最好。

After the modeling was completed, the model was lowered from a high surface number model to a low surface number model (commonly known as LOD). I specifically focused on the point-line surface distribution of the mesh based on the skeleton weights when making the LOD, so that the soft fabric effect of the clothing could be best achieved at a low surface number. I have also re-calculated the distribution of points and lines according to the weight of the skeleton.
